Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for leading American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Salesforce/Pardot Trainer for our client in the Consulting domain. Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role: Salesforce/Pardot Trainer

Role Description: The Salesforce/Pardot Trainer would need to have at least 5 years of experience. For this role, The Salesforce trainer will drive the usage and reporting capabilities of Salesforce.com and its related tools for the marketing team by working one on one with individual users to train them on navigating and optimizing the tool.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales Force/Pardot:

 

- Requirements establishment, organization and management

- Work with marketing team, Sales Excellence and the Analytics team to identify key reporting requirements for the marketing department, train users on how to create and maintain these reports.

- Work with marketing franchise and center of excellence teams to identify best practices for the marketing team to drive revenue with salesforce and other lead generation programs.

- Evaluate demand/lead generation efforts and work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing automation plans, strategies, and communications to drive revenue.

- Produce results within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

- Set up/Administer

- Train team how to set up campaigns, forms and lists within Pardot for new programs, including dashboards/metrics tracking.

- Identify and escalate priority issues

- Trouble shoot problems and provide information to IT

- Train

- Develop, coordinate, execute and document training for marketing team members to fully utilize the H1/Pardot platform.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Hands on experience with marketing automation systems such as Pardot and Sales Force

- Ability to understand highly technical product information

- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint

- Ability to interact with diverse population, lead cross functional teams and work with a sales force and customers

- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

- Some travel including training, team meetings and meeting support required (15-30% annually)

 

Education:

 

- College degree required

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
