Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a HR Operations III for our client in the Engineering domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Role Description: The HR Operations III must have at least 3+ years of experience. In this role, you will be focused primarily on data entry and reviewing COVID vaccination cards and negative test results in Vector, responding to employees once those transactions or reviews are complete.

Responsibilities:  

- Responsible for entering COVID-19 vaccination information into Workday, then uploading documents into the employee master files. 

- Perform quality control reviews on COVID-related Workday transactions. Additional duties to include the intake (via phone or email) of new reported cases of COVID among company's employees.

- Outreach to the employees identified as close contacts of employees testing positive; and receipt/review of negative COVID test results to authorize the return of employees to the workplace. 

- Responsibilities may also include regular and ad hoc reporting to government (customer) agencies requesting documentation for the company's employees working at a State or Federal facility.

- Communication with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), managers, and other members of the HR Services organization.

- Preparation of weekly presentations for the Group HR functions and executive leadership outlining COVID case volumes along with close contact notifications.

Requirements: 

- Very strong computer skills, including Outlook, Vector/SharePoint, and PowerPoint. 

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with polished internal customer service skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent 

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
