We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for our client in the Information Technology Services domain. Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Location: Remote

Salary: $75.00/Hourly on C2C

Role: Quality Assurance Lead

Primary Skills: Quality Assurance

Role Description: The Quality Assurance Lead must have at least 10+ years of experience. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance testing including establishing and evolving formal QA processes; establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met while meeting or exceeding utilization targets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with identifying, diagnosing, and tracking software effects from discovery to resolution.

• Establish and develop ServiceNow Project test strategy, methodologies, test plans, scripts, procedures as well as lead and assist with test execution

• Develop test cases/scenarios, estimates to complete testing phases, prepare documentation/reports for various ServiceNow QA activities

• Provide ongoing status and updates to the Project Owners with respect to QA projects, deliverables, and completion.

• Lead and mentor team members; either on shore, offshore or multi-shore, as well as oversee outside contract resources. 

• Mentor and provide solutions delivery expertise to less experienced team members

• Assists and advises development teams and clients on technical issues, resolving any incident reports allocated in a timely manner. 

• Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, uses cases and systems interaction diagrams. 

• Assists to deliver presentations to clients and management teams 

• Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.

• Monitor QA team performance and provide feedback to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

• Performs all other administrative responsibilities as required.

Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in working with software testing/quality assurance and automation platforms

• Experience in Testing across ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HR.

• Experience in Testing ServiceNow integrations and ServiceNow Test Automation Framework

• Minimum 1 year experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow ATF testing framework is must.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field required. 

• 5+ years of prior experience in the software quality/testing field including prior hands-on quality engineering experience

• 3+ years of prior experience in developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM.

• 3+ years of prior experience leading QA testing/quality teams in a software development function

• Previous experience leading QA team function at large, complex clients

• Demonstrated understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes.

• Experience in a full range of Scrum, XP, and Lean practices.

• 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment and working on Agile-based/Agile-Waterfall Hybrid development projects. 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in business and technical environments> Proven ability to lead client presentations virtually or on-site, representing Perficient in the best possible manner, always

• Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize many tasks across multiple projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
