We are currently seeking an Infra Technical Support for our client in the Information Technology Consulting domain. Location: San Ramon, CA (Hybrid role, 3 days Onsite)
Role: Infra Technical Support
Primary Skills: IT Infrastructure Operations
Role Description: The Infra Technical Support must have at least 6 years of experience. For this role, you must be an experience IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist, to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (2-3 days onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
- Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Work includes l1 and l2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Server Architectures (P3-Advanced)
- Infrastructure Event Management (P2-Intermediate)
- Server Operating Systems (P2-Intermediate)
- 3 years' experience in virtualization technologies, such as VMware
- 3 years' experience of IT infrastructure principles, including experience wither servers, networks, storage, and cloud-based systems
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
