Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a User Support Technician for our client in the Pharmaceutical domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract plus extension

Location: Marlborough, MA

Salary: $25.00-$32.00/Hourly

Role: User Support Technician

Primary Skills: Helpdesk

Role Description: As a User Support Technician, you must have at least 3-4 years of experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• IT Help Desk support (On rotating basis with some after-hours coverage).

• Answer help desk phone calls; Route help desk tickets to appropriate technicians or support groups.

• Provide on the spot troubleshooting as time allows; Provide walk up support.

• Exceptional communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.

Education: High School/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent 

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
