We are currently seeking an Information Technology-Cyber Consultant for our client in the Consulting domain. Role: Information Technology-Cyber Consultant

Primary Skills: Security Analysis

Role Description: As an Information Technology-Cyber Consultant, you must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for assisting with the remediation of vulnerable code and implementation of security features in software codebases. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Vulnerability Remediation: Work closely with Java/Mobile Application development teams to identify vulnerabilities in source code and assist with making required changes to mitigate risk

• Cybersecurity Development Support: Provide hands-on keyboard development support to assist with cybersecurity remediation efforts, including the configuration and maintenance of AWS environments and implementing features such as security logging

• Security Recommendations: Provide proactive security recommendations to reduce the likelihood and impact of security events in the client development environment and source code

• Certification in AWS is nice to have, but not required. (i.e. - AWS Solutions Architect; AWS Security Specialty)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent 

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
